Spring Cleaning

Posted .

It’s that time of year, again! The days are getting long and the weather is warming up and everyone is itching to get outside and take a real break!

As you are solidifying your spring break vacation plans, it’s a good idea to book your dental cleaning appointments. Get it? Spring cleaning!

A Fresh Start For Spring

This time of year, I get the urge to clean out the clutter of all our winter gear at home. It almost feels as good as a fantastic haircut, right? Or, maybe freshly washed bedding?

A good teeth cleaning is a great way to find a fresh start, too!

I recommend two cleanings per year. When Laurie, our hygienist, sees children, it’s only a half hour appointment. When she sees adults, she likes to spend about an hour with each person. Personalized service is very important to us. My hope is that your time with us is pleasant and helpful. We want your healthy smile to last a lifetime!

I understand that a cleaning appointment is seen as a chore that is easily put off until later. But, I like to think of these scheduled cleanings as one of the ways to take great care of your whole body.

Regular appointments help us detect and prevent larger mouth issues, before they become overwhelming. So, as you are packing away blankets and boots, take a moment to schedule dental spring cleaning for your entire family.

You are going to feel so accomplished and organized when you finally check that task off your to-do list!
